SimpleProbe® Oligonucleotide Service is for customers who only require SimpleProbe® Synthesis (14-30 bases, Single Fluorescein, SimpleProbe® chemistry, 3' blocker as needed). If you require an internal Fluorescein design, there is an additional $40.00 added into the cost of the Oligo. When entering the sequence, make sure you explain where to place the probe. For example: FAM-SP-XXXXXXXX-Por, XXXXXXXXX-SP-FAM or XXXXX-FAM-SP-XXXXX (internal) Oligonucleotide probes are guaranteed (replacement only) for 10 days from the shipping date. Shipping is standard overnight following assay synthesis and QC. If you require QA/QC of your SimpleProbe®, we offer a SimpleProbe® Oligonucleotide QA/QC service as well. For orders that at are larger than 30 base pairs there is a $150.00 fee.
