Sample Prep/Lysis Kit, 24 Tubes with Buffer in each, sufficient for 24 samples(200uL/Sample).

Store Frozen.

Requires two heat blocks (BSH-200 with the following Block BSH100-15)

Sample Lysis Instructions

• Turn on both heat blocks, ensure that one is set to 80c and the other is set to 95c and allow to warm up.
• Remove sufficient number of lysis tubes from freezer, once thawed, quickly spin down the buffer in the tube and place in a tube rack
• Label lysis tubes to match with the sample tube.
• Add the 200uL sample to the labeled lysis tube and pulse vortex to quickly mix. Quick spin the contents in the tube to ensure it is in the bottom.
• Place the tube in the 80c heat block for 5 min.
• Immediately transfer the tubes to the 95c heat block for 3min.
• Tubes are now ready for the PCR
